 Wasage Bark Park

On Mosely Street, next to Oakview Woods View map »

Wasaga Beach has a fully fenced leash-less park which includes a few obstacles for the dogs (tunnel, bridge and ramp), poop bags, and running water. There is plenty of parking. The park is at Oakview Woods beside the Recplex on Mosley Street just past the Superstore (on 45th).

park is too small along with overly aggressive dogs and bad owners not watching their dog. I was bitten last september by small dog and the owner hadn't even come into the park until 5 mins. after he put his own dog in. i ended up with punctures, tetnus shot and to this day still have nerve damage. Something needs to be done about not allowing aggressive dogs into dog parks. At the end of the day it's the owners who should be held accountable. The parks are meant for dogs to play fetch and spend time with other dogs. When owners pull balls out because their dogs get aggressive that should tell you to remove your dog immediately.
Let's all be responsible.

very nice park unfortunately a bad dog owner ruined it for me due to his bull mastiff biting my left forearm. the owner was mid 40's and heavy set with beard.

Wasaga beach dog park, off leash, bags available. Some agility ramps. Small area, all fenced in. Two benches, trees, no water, no lights. On the main road of Wasaga. Lots of parking. Some trees, no seperate areas for big or small dogs.

It doesn't have to be an "official" off-leash park, any dog friendly area has its place on our website. If you feel comfortable taking your dog there and have good experiences then we want to hear about the place! Thank you all for the updates.

Ask your friends to donate to animal rescue organizations and shelters instead of buying you presents for your birthday or for Christmas. Learn more at the Donate to Dogs website.
